General Studio Policies

 Studio Class Policies
The following policies hold for all membership types (i.e. pack purchases, single class purchases and unlimited memberships) 
Class Registrations Class Cancellations Class Participation
  • You can manage your own account and register yourself into classes, or have a staff member add you to classes.
  • Classes will run with a minimum of 2 participants.
  • Registered participants will be given precedence to attend class should the class become full.
Note that you can only schedule for the duration (unlimited) or number of classes (packs) for which you have paid.
  • To have a member of the staff cancel your reservation in a class, email or call the studio minimum of 24 hours before the start of the class.
  • To cancel your reservation a minimum of 3 hours before the start of the class by managing your own account online. 
  • No refunds for missed classes.
  • Failure to cancel within the minimum time will result in:
    • Pack class holders will lose their class
    • Unlimited memberships will be subject to a $20 fee assessed to your credit card.
 Be Considerate of the instructor and other class participants
  • Be on time - better yet, be early - the instructor may reserve the right to disallow you from participating in the class if you are late.
  • Turn your cell phone off or to silent mode - if you must take a phone call, please do so in the public area of the studio
  • Have only one conversation - if the instructor is providing direction, that should be the only conversation happening
  • Have fun
Private Session and Massage Policies

Private session and Massage pricing is based on the level of experience and education of the trainer or therapist. Additional compensation is not required.

Please cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice so the trainer/therapist can reschedule his/her time.

Be on time. If you are late, your appointment will be shortened at full cost to accommodate the schedule.

Additional Policies
  • No smoking in front of the studio. 
  • Library voices at all times.
  • Street shoes should be removed prior to entering the exercise studio - especially in inclement weather. 
  • Unlimited week and introductory monthly memberships will not be extended past expiration.
  • Packs can be extended for 30 days beyond the expiration for a $30 reactivation fee.
