We offer a variety of adult dance classes at Pilates Plus of Schaumburg. If you want to learn a new style of dance or want to get back into something you used to do, come check out our classes. Classes are available for all levels, but some classes feature routines and the class content builds on past classes. If you are concerned about the level of the class, or if the class would be right for you, we recommend you talk to the instructor for that class. Sometimes, it may be recommended that you wait to start the class till a new routine is being introduced.
