Please Read the Following Before Booking or Attending a Party

To book a party/hold a date, there is a $90 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party. This deposit is required to reserve your date and should be paid as soon as possible, but is required to be paid no later than 1 week (7 days) prior to your party. In addition, final payment (balance due) for the total number of people for your party (minimum 6) must be received no later than 1 week (7 days) prior to your party. Failure to make the payment for the deposit and/or the minimum number of people will result in cancellation of your party and forfeiture of the deposit.

Each participant will be asked to sign a waiver of liability similar to the one below. 

Participants should wear comfortable clothing during class. There is an area available for changing clothing if necessary. In general, any comfortable, work out type clothing is appropriate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By registering for Pilates Plus of Schaumburg classes and parties, the registrant realizes the inherent risks involved in the program/activities/classes and appreciates the nature of the risks. The registrant/participant holds Pilates Plus of Schaumburg, Susan DeBouver, and all Pilates Plus of Schaumburg employees/instructors harmless for any damages caused by participation in these programs/activities/classes. All participants, especially those who are or may become pregnant and those with previous or current medical issues, are encouraged to seek a physician’s approval.

IMPORTANT NOTE: RULES & REGULATIONS: A non-refundable deposit of $90 is required to book a party. This deposit will be applied to your party total. Should you need to cancel, this deposit is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made 1 week (7 days) or more prior to the date of the party to receive a refund of any amount paid minus the $90 deposit. If cancellations are made within 7 days, no refund will be issued. Also, final payment (balance due) must be paid for the minimum number of participants (generally 6) no later than 1 week (7 days) prior to your party. We ask that you be respectful to participants and instructors during your time at Pilates Plus of Schaumburg. Please turn off all cell phones or other communication devices, please do not bring children in during class times, and please refrain from smoking in or in front of (within 20 feet of entry way of) Pilates Plus of Schaumburg (per Schaumburg public smoking ban ordinance). We ask you to adhere to these rules in order to maintain the wellness oriented atmosphere of Pilates Plus of Schaumburg. If party participants engage in any unruly behavior, including but not limited to, damage of Pilates Plus of Schaumburg property, loud or vulgar speech or actions toward staff members, or any activities which jeopardize the safety of staff members and/or party participants, the party will immediately end, participants will be escorted from the premises, and no refunds will be given. Pilates Plus of Schaumburg staff members have final say as to what behavior warrants termination of party. Any violations of these policies will result in a suspension or revocation (per the owner’s/staff member's discretion) of member privileges without a refund.
