Pilates Plus of Schaumburg provides a warm and supportive environment, regardless of age or ability, for you to achieve your wellness and fitness goals. Pilates Plus of Schaumburg was founded by Susan DeBouver, a local Schaumburg resident. Susan has been teaching Pilates, and various other fitness classes, for over 11 years. She is joined by Christine Zayas, an accomplished dancer, choreographer and dance instructor who has worked with the likes of Kirby Reed, Jimmy Payne Jr., and Malik Camara. Catriona Bowman is an experienced Yoga instructor, having practiced yoga for the last forty plus years, teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.

All of the instructors at Pilates Plus of Schaumburg are certified in various forms of fitness, and provide a safe and welcoming environment for newcomers and the experienced alike.
