Introducing the Pilates Plus of Schaumburg Monthly Auto Pay Program

Effective August 1st, 2009 we will be offering our guests the ability to join a monthly program. For only $119 a month, you can take as many group classes as you wish, including Mat Pilates, Yoga & Dance.

Autopay Program Policies

• Monthly credit card (Visa/Mastercard) autopay of $119/month
• Valid Visa or Mastercard required
• Registration can be done either in studio or on-line by clicking on "sign up now" and creating a username and password and making a purchase
• Autopay schedule will be setup initially for 12 consecutive months with an automatic renewal after the 12 month initial setup has expired
• Three (3) month minimum is required
• Thirty (30) day written ( no email - no phone calls ) in order to cancel autopay and scheduled classes
• Current/valid email address is required. All communication will go through email
• Mat/YogaDance group classes (labeled MYD on printed class schedule) are the only eligible classes allowed
• Not valid with any other offers or coupons or incentives
• Pre-registration is required into the classes you wish to attend
• Cannot be shared with any other person
• Charge to credit card will take place on the same day every month and will match the date of your initial registration
