Our professional instructors work with participants on a variety of basic pole and floor maneuvers and routines. We also incorporate many of the principles of Pilates and dance into this core strengthening class. This class is perfect for anyone who has wanted to feel sexy and confident, to learn how to move like a dancer without actually being one, or has wanted to learn a fun, new exercise technique in a safe, non-threatening environment!
