Pilates Plus Policies & Procedures

Now that participants have the option of pre-registering into specific classes on specific weeks with their "pack" purchases, please adhere to the following: If you won't make it to one of your pre-registered classes, there are 3 ways that you can "early cancel" yourself out of your class prior to it happening in order to save this class to your account.

1. Create an account (click on Pilates or Yoga tab on our website & click on "sign up on-line") with your name and your password in order to manage your account, sign in and out of classes & make purchases. THIS IS THE PREFERRED WAY. This can be done day of at least a few hours prior to class time.

2. Email us at pilatesplus@gmail.com and let us know. 24 hour prior notice required. Also let us know which class you’d like to pre-register into in place of your cancelled class.

3. Call us at 847-923-1201 or 847-322-8767 and let us know. 24 hour prior notice required. Also let us know which class you’d like to pre-register into in place of your cancelled class. This eliminates the need for make-up classes because that class will be used for another class or "banked" in your account for future use. This helps us manage class sizes and to know if we need to cancel or combine classes. If 24 hour notice is not given, your class will be lost.

• All punch cards need to be kept on-file in our punch card file.
• Everyone attending class needs to sign in on their class sign-in sheet
• Pack Purchases require that you pre-register for # of classes you purchase.
• Pre-registered into class as soon as you purchase or give us your dates & we pre-register you. The only purchase option where you aren’t required to pre-register for a designated class is by purchasing a 10 class punch card. Punch card recipients are strongly urged to pre-register into a class of their choice to avoid cancellation of classes & to avoid having classes too full.
• Pack purchases are for the category they were purchased and are non-transferable.

Massage Policies

Pilates Plus has a non-tipping policy. The massage pricing is based on our therapist's level of experience and education and no additional compensation is required. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours notice. If late, you may be asked to take a shortened appointment at full cost. For new massage clients: free 30 minute massage upgrade when booking a 30 minute massage.

Additional Policies

• No smoking in front of the studio.
• Personal training clients have to cancel 24 hrs in advance or forfeit the session.
• Library voices at all times.
• Loyalty discounts apply to group classes only. Private lesson discounts given up front in package purchases.
