Pilates Plus of Schaumburg provides instruction, personal training, and mat classes in the Pilates method. In addition, our studio offers classes which incorporate the principals of Pilates with the grace, beauty, and fun of dance. Pilates Plus of Schaumburg regularly sponsors workshops and seminars in a variety of complimentary fitness, mind/body methods including meditation, Tibetan Rejuvenation, Methodology, Sultry Steps, Relaxation Techniques, Yoga, and other forms of controlled movement.
