In addition, our studio offers classes which incorporate the principals of Pilates with the grace, beauty, and fun of dance. Pilates Plus of Schaumburg regularly sponsors workshops and seminars in a variety of complimentary fitness, mind/body methods including meditation, Tibetan Rejuvenation, Methodology, Sultry Steps, Relaxation Techniques, Yoga, and other forms of controlled movement.

Jr. Jazzercise is back!
It will be a high energy fitness dance program designed for pre-teens & teens who love moving to the latest tunes. Students will learn rhythm, coordination, muscle toning & teamwork as they enjoy a varieity of dynamic songs & routines. Created by the founder of Jazzercise & based on fitness dance, Team Dance promotes lifelong fitness activities for teens. This will be a 9 week session that will run from January 14th until March 11th
