
Pilates Plus is a special place where you can connect mind and body, resulting in overall physical and mental health. Our participants achieve better balance, posture, flexibility, strength, tone, circulation, stress relief, and an overall sense of well-being. And, they do it in a fun, supportive atmosphere!
Pilates Plus provides instruction, personal training, and mat classes in the Pilates method. In addition, our studio offers classes which incorporate the principals of Pilates with the grace, beauty, and fun of dance. Pilates Plus regularly sponsors workshops and seminars in a variety of complimentary fitness, mind/body methods including meditation, Tibetan Rejuvenation, Methodology, Sultry Steps, Relaxation Techniques, Yoga, and other forms of controlled movement.
