Our participants achieve better balance, posture, flexibility, strength, tone, circulation, stress relief, and an overall sense of well-being. And, they do it in a fun, supportive atmosphere!
Pilates Plus provides instruction, personal training, and mat classes in the Pilates method. In addition, our studio offers classes which incorporate the principals of Pilates with the grace, beauty, and fun of dance. Pilates Plus regularly sponsors workshops and seminars in a variety of complimentary fitness, mind/body methods including meditation, Tibetan Rejuvenation, Methodology, Sultry Steps, Relaxation Techniques, Yoga, and other forms of controlled movement.

Pilates for Breast Cancer!
Saturday, May 23rd at 10am we are hosting Pilates for Breast Cancer
We are asking for a $15 donation, and all proceeds will go to benefit the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on behalf of Christine Zelaya. If you miss the event, you can still make donations at the studio. Thanks for your support!
